The VECTYS application (dashboard and verification tools) is hosted on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure operated by Google LLC, a company incorporated under United States law. The servers hosting the application’s data are, however, located in Europe (European Google Cloud region), so that data processed through use of the application is stored and processed within the European Union. 3. Access to the VECTYS application

In addition to its marketing presentation, www.vectys.ai provides access to the VECTYS application (dashboard and verification tools), reserved for users holding an account. Use of the application is governed by the Terms of Use (CGU), available separately and applicable to every logged-in user.

4. Intellectual property

All elements making up the www.vectys.ai site (text, graphics, logos, icons, images, structure, software, databases, trademarks, etc.) are the exclusive property of VECTYS or of its partners, unless stated otherwise, and are protected by French and international intellectual property law.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, of these elements, by any means whatsoever, without the prior written authorisation of VECTYS, is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement within the meaning of articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

The site collects personal data, in particular via the contact form and when an account is created on the VECTYS application.
